Product Application

Property:

This product is a strong cationic polyelectrolyte, colorless to light yellow viscose liquid. Be dissolved in water easily, safe,non-toxic, not easy to combust , strong coagulate dint, good water solution stability, don't become gel and keep stable in the wide PH range, anti-chlorine.

Use:
Used as flocculants in water and wastewater treatment. In the mining and the process of mineral, it is always used in dewater
flocculants,which can extensively applied in treating various mineral mud, such as coal, taconite, natural alkali, gravel mud and
titania. In the textile industry, it is used as formaldehyde-free color-fixing agent. In the paper-making, it is used as paper
conductivity paint to make conductive paper, AKD sizing promotor. Moreover, this product also can be used as conditioner,
antistatic agent, wetting agent, shampoo, emollient and so on.
 

WAY OF USAGE FOR PDADMAC
When used alone, it should be diluted to the concentration of 0.5%-0.05% (based on solid content). When used to treat different source water or waste water, the dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the construction chemicals and materials in the water and the flocs can not be broken. It is better to dose the product continuously.

After diluting, can add directly into the water to be treated, whisk, deposit and filtrate.

Can use with Poly aluminium chloride.
